Building current Samba4

Just as a heads-up to those with SVN trees of Samba4:

The upgrade to current Heimdal has moved some generated files around.
If the old generated files (*_asn1.h) are in the 'old' locations, they
will be picked up by the pre-processor ahead of the correct files.  This
results in errors due to heim_visible_string.

Because 'make clean' knows only about the new location for these files,
it doesn't help (unless you do so before the svn update). 

The easiest option is to rm -rf heimdal && svn update'
