RPC-SAMLOGON on the buildfarm

I'll slim it down a little, but the operations it performs are almost
the same as the schannel test, except for the extensive testing of
different logon types.  These are almost certainly unaffected by the
underlying authentication (indeed, it forced to guest for the CIFS
layer).

So, yes, feel free to just run it once per transport.
