RPC-SAMLOGON on the buildfarm

Hi Andrew,

do we need to run RPC-SAMLOGON with each option in test_rpc.sh

it's the ulimit that lets the buildfarm hosts failing...

I see currently about 20 CPU minutes and it's only at
RPC-SAMLOGON on ncacn_ip_tcp with spnego

and with RPC-SAMLOGON removed completly it's just using 2:30 CPU mins
for the whole test_rpc.sh
