Problems with trans2 SET and QUERY FILE_BASIC_INFO

Hi,

All the traces I have of Win2K setting and querying file info show what 
looks like a 32-bit padding field after the 32-bit attributes field.

It seems that Win2K does not like things if you do not include that 
32-bits of garbage after the attributes and it goes off doing all sorts of 
weirdness ...

Has anyone else seen that?
