VFS - overwrite error with audit.so ( v 2.2.4 )

I compiled and installed the audit.so VFS on the default home share
.... it works great except for one thing .... and an incrediable tools ...

we you try to copy a file over an exist file you get the following.  I am
not a C programmer, but it looks like write is set to null.  Which I think
just pass the cmd on the core Samba.

???

Has anyone seen this?


command:

 cp /etc/profile /mnt/templem/testfile
