More clarification:

even if i dont use a vfs module in smb.conf, but compile samba with vfs
support using the patch, the problem still persist.
i don´t use another version of samba (1.96, 2.0x, etc.) to see when samba
comes with vfs support running if the problem exist in early moments. maybe
the vfs support was quitted for this type of reasons?
