2.2.0-CVS : too many open files

Hi,
  got a bad crash today with the CVS version 2 days ago, with SGI's XFS 1.0 
test 1 and --enable-acl, --enable-quota. Testing it now with 2.0.7, and 
seems fine untill now, so I guess there's some file-handle leak somehwere..

Another thing is that quota does not seem to work with the xfs file-system, 
the users still see the whole disks space, is it becuase xfs uses 
non-standard quota utils ?
