Confirmed, AIX 4.3.1-4.3.3.  /etc/utmp and /var/adm/wtmp exist but no
trace of utmpx files.  So /usr/include/utmpx.h is completely misleading
-- unless the OS were to translate the one format to the other in libc.
(I haven't tested this.  Anyone have a cooked test case to see if utmpx
is actually functional?)  The utmpx functions also appear to be
completely undocumented in the man pages.
