cvs main with "encrypt passwords = no"

	Ok, plain text passwords are once again working in the head branch.
Thanks!

	One thing I did notice, is that 2.0.4b seems to be quicker at 
negotiating the connection than the HEAD branch.  Where 2.0.4b takes 
generally less than a second to display the "Enter username and password
prompt" after I type in the UNC name, the HEAD branch seems to take around
3 seconds.

	I'll do some more experimenting around here and see if I can track
things down a little further.
