Its the once you leave an idle share connected it starts to error out and
you have to reboot to clear the I/O to remount the share.  Also leaves the
process running even though its clearly not mounted.  Along with samba
version 2.0.2 being seen as version 2.0.1

I am a major support person for Samba both at work and on IRC and I have
been flooded with same types of problems with the Linux 2.1.x 2.2.x users.
While currently I have no time to get more heavily involved in the actual
guts of Samba to figure these problems out on my own, on the average I do
support approx 25-50 people/companies a day with installing and
configuring Samba for them (for free as it is a labor of love).  My hat is
off to each and everyone of you for such a superb product.
