NT password change

ah... ohhhkkaaayyy...  i get it (not).  ok, perhaps, tim, i should do some
exploration on this one.  i'm in the middle of security descritor land at
the moment: please can you keep tabs on this one.  try it without the unix
password sync or something.  rpcclient against nt4sp4 and nt4sp3 and samba
works fine, you see...
