can't login on samba 2.2

so i can connect to an domain (winNT4.0sp6german), but when i restart the 
workstation to login with a user, i get an error, that the user is disabled. 
the log.smbd tells me: (log level 3)

when i log in as local user then i can browse the network and connect to the 
samba server with the user name.
