reason we(you) cant keep using Samba

ok, everyone.  Joe has made his point.  He has a 
right to his opinion.  However, I **do not** want to 
start this same thread up again.  Many people have 
volunteered their time in the past week and it 
is much appreciated.

Points have been made, changes have been instigated,
development continues, etc, etc, etc....  Let's now 
move on.   Thanks :-)
