TNG shared lib

[William Jojo]

Did a complete refresh as suggested by Luke, but still have problem with shared
lib compile...have reverted back to static...

OS: AIX 4.3.2
CC: gcc 2.95.1 (all other components are AIX)

I'm assuming .libs should be ./libs.....if someone would like to point out where
it decides this, I'd gladly fix it....

error:

.libs/libmsrpc.so.0.0.1
        ld:open() No such file or directory
