Changing samba password in a Windows

Hello,

I have a samba running in a Linux. I am going to create a smbpasswd file for my
passwd file. I want to put the same password for all users. 

Do you know if there is a way to users change theirs passwords in a first
logon? I want that all users change theirs passwords.

The users will go to use Windows 95/98.
