synchronize passwd in LDAP ?!

the openldap-package has a program called "ldappasswd" that i use for 
this. in  my smb.conf:

unix password sync = Yes
passwd program = /usr/bin/ldappasswd -v -D cn=root,dc=blabla -w secret
-t uid=%u,ou=People,dc=blabla
passwd chat = *New*password* %n\n *new*password* %n\n
