vote / opinions required on rpcclient

[Andrew Perrin - Demography]

How about making rpcclient emulate these when called as such; then
hardlinks from those filenames could act as their respective MS programs?
Then the functionality would all reside in one program in the back, which
would be callable directly for those of us who don't commonly use the MS
tools.
