samba-ldap howto updated

The last update has a final section with the fine tuning for several
LDAP servers.

I tested here and runs fine with a couple of hundreds of ws (and 12.000
users or so).

The configuration of the master/slave replication needs a replication
account _with userpasswd_ for the binddn/replica. The replication
account needs write access to the _all_ the samba suffix.
