NTDOM support in main branch

As an interesting consequence of merging NTDOM into the main branch, I
no longer get the "ERROR verify : <filename>" when attempting to copy a
file from network drive to the local disk via the command prompt.

	C:\> copy x:\test.txt c:\temp /v

I posted something about this a couple of weeks ago but the point is
moot now I guess.
