rsync with webmail folders

Hello,

I´m using a horde www.horde.org, it´s a popular
webmail. I created one task from make mirroring 
with mail bases mine , of a machine from other
machine.

The messages with INBOX go. 
But the messages in folder was crated by the users,
don´t go when i execute the mirroring.

I use qmail with mbox mode. 

How I can to resolve it ?
