have you tried sending an email to the mirror contact address listed on 
the aarnet mirror front page (mirror at aarnet.edu.au 
<mailto:mirror at aarnet.edu.au>) to let them know of your concerns? 
They're always happy to receive constructive feedback from people, 
especially while they're in the process of bringing new mirror hardware 
online.
