Hi guys, 

A quick thank you to those who offered computer bits and
to George who assisted with power supply action. 

The computer's now up
and running, despite my accidental bending of CPU socket pins after
brushing a finger past a bit too closely. 

Incidentally, I was in the
Green Shed at Mitchell yesterday and they had a cage full of Dell Core 2
Duo towers and laptops. I tried a few laptops, and the batteries hold
charge and power up the machines.
