[clug] WebGL in Android: the results

On a slightly related note, I find that Iceweasel (Firefox packaged by
Debian, so most likely Firefox too) doesn't need any config override to
support fully accelerated WebGL - on an ATI card with the free driver
(not Catalyst/fglrx).
