[clug] July CLUG meeting - CAcert assurance

Just a reminder if you wish to become a CAcert assurer or just be able to 
issue free server and client certificates that have a lot of recognition 
around the world take a look at the instructions.

CAcert Assurance participants:

1. Signup online first https://www.cacert.org/index.php?id=1
2. Login and print out the CAP/TTP Forms -> A4 WoT Form at least 3 times (for 
the three assurers)
3. Put the names of the assurer's on the form. They will be "Daniel Black",
"Graham Freeman" and "Rob Weir" (hopefully)
4. Turn up with official ID's including Passports and driver licenses

Spare blank forms will be available on the night.

If anyone else is a CAcert assurer that is coming please let me know.
