[clug] Internal TV Tuner Card

Steer away from the Dvico Dual Digital 4. I bought one from HT in June
and found since April a new Rev 2.0 version is out and unsupported in
Linux at this stage. There also doesn't appear to be any active
development.

I swapped mine with a Happauge Nova Twin T (with a generous mate running
Windows MCE). Interestingly we also noticed much slower tuning speed
on the Dvico; it doesn't have the tuning box like the Nova, apparently
it's all done in the chipset or the driver. Changing channels with the
Nova is quite quick (< 1sec), the Dvico was around 4-5 seconds.
