[clug] Internal TV Tuner Card

I'm torn over the Technisat AirStar 2 DVB-T
(http://www.digitalnow.com.au/dvbtcards.html) from Renura. It worked
beautifully for 9 months then refused to tune any stations. A second
card bought a few weeks ago hasn't worked at all.

CLUGers suggestions have all been tried, but the cards' tuner sections
just don't seem to work. :-( A few months ago I'd have recommended it
unreservedly - not any more.
