Erm, no, that's not what I said.

What I said was that if you use the proper tool for the job, the job will be 
done well. If you use the wrong tool for the job, it will be done badly.

If you can somehow take that coming from a plumber to mean that you can do your 
own septic tank, please, don't let me hold you back from your (new) life calling.

That it would cost you nothing to be a plumber was an erroneous conclusion you 
(somehow) drew from my statement.
