[clug] Unicode font problems

Someone helped me with the problem, apparently just setting hte locals
isn't enough - you also have to start urxvt in that locale, so
apparently urxvt was inputting the unicode symbols after converting them
to the locale that IT was started with, and not the current locale.

All fixed now :)  (Except for irssi, still doesn't work properly there,
but works everywhere else now!)
