Phones and stuff - Dan's Data recently did a review of a whole lot of VOIP 
phones and that.  http://www.dansdata.com/skypephones.htm  I haven't tried any 
of this - I just use a cheap $20 headset I bought from a swap meet for 
Skype-type activities.
