[clug] advice on courses

i'm looking for some advise on the current state of LPI certification
courses in the local (ACT) area.
i know there are several places that (apparently - i haven't confirmed
anything yet) can perform the LPI exams but I am having difficulty
coming across certified trainers.
Anybody on the list have any current information on this?
