That's an easy one, after extensive research on quality of service and having
experience with several local providers on dialup and adsl including Telstra, I
chose to move to Internode 9 months ago.

That choice has been vindicated by the continuous uptime and reliability.
They are continuing to enhance their offerings and have their own linux
mirrors for un-metered downloads to clients, as well as a good range of
internet radio streaming, unmetered. They also have their own national
network of rather hefty bandwidth.

They, or Agile Communications their associated company have also set up
an adsl register for registering interest in broadband where none exists, or
present arrangements are unsatisfactory. They (Agile) have already installed
dslams into exchanges where Telstra fear (or won't) to tread!

Their canberra Pop is located a patch lead from Transacts main hub, but
with the pending demise or disintegration, or dis-memberment of Transact
aparently Transact Managers will not discuss a wholesale deal to allow them
to connect.

Good luck with your connection.

Anyway, have a look at whirlpool and the internode website where you can
make an informed choice with all the info at you fingertips.
