DPM is a local company whom basically have been shafted by a big stupid company. 
>From what I understand they had a great plan to slowly change over the web
hosting clients (and some email clients) but then iinet started breaking things
randomly basically ignoring the plan.  All their developers have stopped
developing and are now doing help desk like things to remedy the situation.  They
need to call around 1000 customers individually to sort the mess out.  Please be
patient if you are one of these customers - DPM will get to you.

Note :- I do NOT work for DPM.
