Every website looks like a webcast when you only have streaming media?

Far more useful would be a grep-able Hansard. It's currently as
downloadable PDFs, but imagine a properly set up search facility
that would let you grep out things said by a particular speaker
on a particular day mentioning particular words.

Set up your own agent to email you whenever subject of interest
are brought up, write a Perl script to send a missive to the
offending minister using text trawled from Google. ;-)

Even render a PDF on the fly if you really, really want one.

Webcasts (in any format) are only good for raising Telstra's revenue.
