Upgrading my monitor - comments sought

Yeah, the Diamondtron uses the trinitron tube from Sony. You can tell from 
the flat screen and two faint horizontal lines about 1/4 and 3/4's of the way 
down the screen.

The point is though, they are still made by Acer and re-badged by Mitsubishi. 
The circuitry to handle the tube is different too (not all that much though), 
but it's still trademark Acer stuff. The support is done by Mitsubishi. 

My bad when I said Diamondtron earlier, I meant Mitsubishi (ie. we've seen 
good and bad reports about Mitsubishi on this list - not specificially 
Diamondtrons).
