[jcifs] Printing with JCIFS (Adobe kb403391 adapted to current JCIFS)

Hello all,

as I found myself wanting to write to a SMB printer share, I took the
patch provided by Adobe
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/403/kb403391.html and adapted it to the
current JCIFS version 1.3.14.
It is a little bit hard to find on the Adobe website and as it's LGPL,
I propose to either incorporate it into the trunk or provide it in the
'patches' directory of the official JCIFS download page.
Printing on our old dot matrix printer via SMB share is working great now!
