[distcc] win32 cygwin compilation for linux

You can, but you'd probably be better off running a live Linux distro
on the windows box.

If you insist on building Linux kernels remotely
on cygwin using distcc, then check out the latest development
snapshot of http://kegel.com/crosstool, it tries to make it easy.
