[distcc] ccache distcc gcc = no cache hits, not cache misses, just multiple source files

Only the same lines of this previous question, I'm looking for a work around
to libtool hating 'ccache distcc gcc'.

The FAQ mentions it but doesn't go into details.

I was told to wrapper ccache and distcc in a shell script, but that seems to
break ccache ability to actual cache things.
