[distcc] ccache distcc gcc = no cache hits, not cache misses, just multiple source files

I believe the work around would be to switch to some non-broken
version of libtool.  I regularly build libtool stuff with
CC='ccache distcc gcc' and it works for me.

It appears to work for me.  I use this approach with some compilers I
use regularly.
