Not sure if this fits your bill, but I've used the WRAP-2 and ALIX-2 from
Yawarra for that:

http://www.yawarra.com.au

The ALIX-2 can be either 433MHz or 500MHz, has 1 or 2 mini-PCI slots and 3 or
2 ethernet ports (in combination with the PCI slots). An CF card interface,
two USB ports, and 12V power.

If you want Mini-ITX, I've gone with Intel, Zotac and Gigabyte. I wouldn't go
back to VIA these days, their on-board peripherals tend to be less well supported.

What's your application, Chris?

Have fun,

Paul
