RAW-OPLOCK test not working

Hi!

While trying to chase down Bug 3349 I found that RAW-OPLOCK is hanging when
trying to close the file in an oplock break. Metze quickly found out that this
is again due to the smb transport being set to serialized which it apparently
is not. So the workaround is to comment out line 125 of
libcli/raw/clitransport.c. What would be the correct fix for this problem.
