Why doesn't the net command use POPT_COMMON_CREDENTIALS ?

I added the POPT_COMMON_CREDENTIALS macros after the net command was
written. There were a couple of utilities were one or two of the
options defined in POPT_COMMON_CREDENTIALS overlapped with already
existing options in those utilities with a different meaning. In those
places I didn't add the popt macros in order to avoid breaking
backwards compatibility. If it's not that, I just might've forgotten
to take care of net :-)
