Help with Cisco Aironet 350 series

I've found that the Cisco drivers do not support wireless extensions.

You're much better off using the linux kernel driver for your card ("airo"
for PCI/ISA cards, and "airo_cs" for PCMCIA cards).

This driver provides support for wireless extensions, as well as
supporting the Cisco proprietary API, so you can use wireless extensions
and the Cisco utilities to configure the card.
