Hello

I have some problem to use Orinoco (Avaya) card in Linus on very network loaded system. I have AP-3000 with 2 cards on 2.4Ghz - one card for connecting clients (about 20), second card - only for direct connection to my Linux box (default gateway to all clients). On linux i have such problem:

eth2 IEEE 802.11-DS ESSID:"foo" Nickname:"foo"
          Mode:Managed Frequency:2.452GHz Access Point: 01:01:01:01:01:01
          Bit Rate:2Mb/s Tx-Power=15 dBm Sensitivity:3/3
          Retry limit:4 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:2347 B
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off
Link Quality:41/92 Signal level:-53 dBm Noise level:-94 dBm
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:61047
          Tx excessive retries:110076 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0

1. Why my link speed only 2Mb ? I try to set 11M fixed, but it has no effect. As you can see Link quality is good.
2. Why such more Rx invalid frag:61047
3. Why such more Tx excessive retries:110076

What can i do in this case ?

Thank you
