Optimizing cisco router setup for 802.11

Hi all,

I have a cisco 2514 connected to a wavebridge that gives me a connection
to my local ISP. I was wondering if there is any thing I can do to
optimise the connection by tweaking my router conf or if someone can
point me in the direction of a url for same.
