Easy question...Compatibility

I am fighting with about 3 PCMCIA 802.11a cards right
now.

Of the 2.xx Ghz DS (11Mbps) PCMCIA cards, what
card (brand and model) exactly, will work PERFECTLY
with a stock linux distro???

I dont want to do anything. I want to be able to install and
go. Later, I want to download a new kernel and recompile
but thats all.  I dont want to mess with modules, binary drivers
that dont work or PCMCIA packages....*grumble*

Any suggestions? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
