Aironet 340 Accesspoint & Prism2 cards

Try setting your speed to fixed 2M, with a command
similar to:
iwconfig eth1 rate 2M

(read the man page for iwconfig if that doesn't work).

Also, check /var/log/messages for error messages from the
driver...
