Cisco APs Tech Info

Hi,

i am looking for some technical information about cisco aironet 340
series access points, especially
- flow control and
- data buffering.
Does anyone know, if those APs do any flow control? When trying to send
and receive data simultaniously i have noticed a steady decrease in
uplink speed and a corresponding increase of downlink performance. 
In addition obviously some network devices do buffer network packets
when I am sending data from wired into wireless network. Is this data
buffering maybe done by the APs?
