Asymmetry in performance using orinoco_cs

I forgot to mention this is a symmetric link of
2Mbs. There is no bandwidth throttle by the ISP
on the upload, it is 2Mbs down and 2Mbs UP. I 
verified this by using a Win2K box with standard
Lucent driver and the same Orinoco card.
