: orinoco-12b with pcmcia 3.1.34 and kernel 2.4.18

i apply the patch, when i do ifconfig eth1 192.168.0.114 netmask
255.255.255.0, i recieve i new error :  SIOCSIFLAGS: Device or resource busy

and in dmesg i receive again  Error -16 shutting down Hermes chipset :(
