How to cross-compile pcmcia-cs to StrongARM?

First, does anyone know of a StrongARM binary distribution
of the pcmcia-cs package?

If not, does anyone know how to cross compile the
package to ARM?  I have a toolchain set up, but
the ./Configure didn't give me much help with cross-compiling.
